Working with Gulf Business Horizon as senior network engineer in STC projects, the aspects of my role included with major responsibilities and achievements:
• Planned and managed network activities with team nationwide with fixed devices of Cisco 7600, Cisco 7200, Cisco 6500, Cisco 4500, Cisco ME4900 and Cisco 3700.
• Managed and supervised the IP network infrastructure in an ongoing projects.
• Perform network maintenance, diagnostics work and provide technical support to cross-organizational teams and engineering associates.
• Network implementation and support to all company managed IP networks.
• Work closely with the Transport, IP networks, and Network Operations Center to define, design and implement end-to-end networking solutions.
• Installation of new equipment’s and their integration with network.
• IOS upgrading and down-gradating for Cisco 76K, Cisco 7200 and Cisco 65K.
• Responding to client questions via telephone calls, emails and correspondence.
• Travelling to local and national sites to complete networking projects.
• Hands on experience on network monitoring and management tools like Wireshark & SNMP.
• Maintaining proper IP schemes.
• Presentations to management for monthly updates over on-going projects and activities.
• Regular meetings with IP teams as a matter of discussion and coordination for addressing on going issues during activities.
•Managing planned activities and operational issues in fixed lab for Du testbed which comprise of Cisco CRS, Cisco ASR9K, ASR1K, Cisco 7600, Cisco 7200, Cisco 6500, Cisco 4500, Cisco ME4900, Cisco 3700, Cisco 3600, Cisco 3500, Cisco Me3400, Juniper MX480, Juniper-MX240, Huawei S9300, Huawei S5300, Huawei S3352, Huawei S3328, Huawei S2300 and Ericsson GPON.
•Installation of new equipment’s and their integration with Du testbed network.
•Maintaining fixed network and voice testbed services for different troubleshooting activities by replicating on-going issues of live network and finding root causes.
•IOS and IOS XR upgrading and down-gradating for Cisco CRS, Cisco ASR9K, Cisco 76K and Cisco ASR1K, Cisco 65K.
•Maintaining proper IP schemes and devices credentials for network security
•Updating Visio network diagrams, devices rack layouts for the Fixed, Mobile and Voice testbeds in a centralize repository.
•Facilitating other IP teams for their requirements to implement vast test scenarios remotely as well as onsite.
•Presentations to management for monthly updates over on-going projects and activities.
•Regular meetings with IP teams to match testbed with live network at software as well as hardware level.

On the platform of LSC I worked on the following technologies:
●I worked as a network administrator for Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE). I helped to design and implement computer network solutions that allow the organization applications to work effectively. The role encompassed a high degree of network engineering and advanced network troubleshooting.
●During this tenure I enriched my experience in MPLS, BGP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, RIP, IPV6, CDP, Rout Map (Policy Based Routing), ISIS and Frame Relay.
As an intern Datacom engineer in Relacom, I got hands on experience in the following:
●Huawei Router NE40E/NE80E hardware structure.
●Installation & Commissioning of Huawei routers and switches (NE40E/NE80E/S5300).
●Configuration of VLANs, STP, VRRP on Huawei S5300.
●Basic Datacom Troubleshooting.
