Job Description: Acting as client representative (Technical Support) for the MOH Projects; Developing and Renovating Critical Care, Emergency, Operating Rooms Depts. in Hospitals around the Kingdom, Preparing Studies and designs for the Projects, i.e. Drawings, BOQs, Apply Auditing and Supervision. Conduct Periodic Visits, Prepare Periodic Reports, Review and Follow-up Projects Quality & Safety Plans, Review Project Progress/time Schedule, & Team performance Assessment.
Project Scope: Different type of projects has been achieved, include:
↗ Albilad Bank, Head Office Full redesign of the Building first floor.
↗ Riyadh International Conviction & Exhibition Center Electrical Study & redesign.
↗ Ministry of Health Infrastructure Renovation Project, Full Assessment, Design, & Supervision.
Job Description:
↗ For Albilad Bank, Head Office Full redesign of the Building first floor, the Work including study and design for
the floor electrical system requirements in terms of shop drawings & Layouts of the low voltage and low current
systems, load calculation and equipment sizing, Full Tender Electrical Drawings coupled with the Bill of Quantities
and Project Specifications prepared.
↗ For Riyadh International Conviction & Exhibition Center Study & redesign, the work Including Verification and
study of the existing electrical network in terms of Transformers & Cables Testing by third party, full load
calculation then prepare the required remedy actions, such as replacement of faulty items, adding new
transformers for the new HVAC loads, adding new capacitor banks to reduce the effect of the huge inductive
loads, and changing the medium voltage network topology from Radial system to the ring system network in
order to increase the power system redundancy, Full Tender Electrical Drawings coupled with the Bill of
Quantities and Project Specifications prepared.
↗ For the Ministry of Health Infrastructure Renovation Project, Full Assessment carried out to the 20 hospitals
around the kingdom, Providing Assessment reports describing the current status of the electrical systems of the
20 hospitals in details, Specifying the actual requirements of the hospitals, Providing Full Design Drawing covering
Project Scope:
Renovation of the Hospital Electrical Systems Including Medium Voltage System, Low Voltage
System, & Low Current System as mentioned below:
↗ One Nos of Medium Voltage Switchgear, Metal Clad Consist of two cubicle incomers SF6, 1250Amp
and six cubicle incomers SF6, 630 Amp.
↗ Five Nos Ring Main Unit, four-way type, 630Amp/200Amp, Distributed throughout the MV Ring
Topology Grid.
↗ Ten Nos Dry-type Power Transformers, 13.8KV/380V, Rating (800KVA - 1500KVA), Three Nos of
Low Voltage Switchgear, Two Section with bus coupler, Rating (1600A - 3000A), & Distribution
Boards & Panel Boards.
↗ Building Management System, Fire Alarming and Detection System, Nurse Call System, Public
Address System, Master Clock System, IP Telephone and Data System, CCTV Surveillance System,
MATV System, & Access Control and Security System.
↗ UPS 120 KVA with Backup Battery Rack & Charger.
↗ Two Standby LV Generators (2x1500KVA) with ATS 2500Amp.

Maintenance Service for hospital buildings and Annex.
Job Description:
↗Apply Maintenance Process and procedures as detailed below:
Electrical Installation maintenance in a Hospital buildings and facilities
↗Periodically apply Maintenance (Preventive) for the Generators, ATS, UPS, HVAC system, and Central
Battery Backup System.
↗Do Corrective Maintenance for all electrical Systems and equipment.
↗Handle Maintenance Responsibilities for Generators, Automatic Transfer Switch, HVAC System,
Backup Battery System and UPS, Provide and support maintenance contractor by technical
prospective upon request. Ensure spare parts distribution and availability. Analyze and provide
solutions for network encountered problems. Support staff/subordinates by requesting needed tools,
logistics, and test equipment's. Prepare spare parts requests. Prepare Key Performance Indicators
(KPI’s). Conduct and/or follow up sites audit and request alteration if needed. Update inventory
database. Supervise and observe Maintenance subcontractor’s performance and work quality.
