1. Create significant process and area improvements for the plastic production.
2. Implemented Production improvement program including spot audits, root cause analysis and implementation of remedial actions.
3. Produced short and long term production scheduling and monthly analysis for all material variances, unplanned stoppages and failures, and setting the proper preventive actions.
4. Facilitated numerous root cause failure analysis investigations in regards of safety, quality and equipment failures through 5Why’s and DMAIC (Define, measure, analyze improve and control) problem solving techniques.
5. Lead and participate in shiftly, daily and weekly operational reviews to discuss all different KPI’s.
6. Project member for installing and commissioning a new production lines.
1. Maintenance Engineer and production supervisor on:
a. Cigarettes making machines (Mark 9, Molines Octave and GD 121-AF12)
b. Cigarettes filters making machines. (PM5).
c. Tobacco recycling machines.
2. Troubleshooting all variance types of quantity or quality related issues and maintaining the life time of the machine parts by performing the frequent and efficient preventive/predictive maintenance.
