The City is a 510-Bed Rehabilitation Hospital and Medical Center which opened on October 2002 to provide care to both inpatients and outpatients.
 Reporting to the Deputy CEO for Engineering
and Projects and to assist on the operations and performance of all departments reporting to him and also directly manage all Project & Renovation related works.
 Chairman of general safety and patient safety committee.
 Chairman of space allocation committee.
 Participated in the preparation of strategic plans of the hospital.
 Supervises and evaluates performance of department managers (Housing, Transportation, Communication, Environmental, O&M) and departments on a continual basis, completing necessary written documentation and ensuring policies, procedures and standards of practice are followed.
 Develops annual expense, personnel and capital budgets and ensures departments follow the established budget.
 Ensures that applicable program standards are maintained according to discipline codes of ethics, CARF, JCIA, CBAHI and regulatory agencies.
 Monitors and coordinates productivity and time management, cost reduction and cost containment for appropriate departments to ensure maximum efficiency.
 Demonstrates ability to lead groups evident by an atmosphere of teamwork, efforts to obtain input of others involved in planned activity and lack of internal conflict.
 Participates in cross-organizational activities to improve organizational performance.
 Monitors and ensures compliance of the department operations budget. Reviews monthly financial statistics and plans expenditures according to budgeted limitations.

 Analyzes and evaluates physical plant equipment. And major medical equipment. Identifies and corrects deficiencies in facilities.
 Undertakes project engineering relating to new construction, expansion or modification of facilities and equipment.
 Carries out functional planning, budgeting and scheduling for Utilities & Maintenance services related to the hospital program.
 Provides technical direction and assistance to administrators, directors and staff in defining and evaluating requirements for future space and services.
 Develops and directs programs to maintain buildings, equipment and grounds in excellent condition.
 Coordinates construction projects with contractors, architects, engineers and appropriate authorities. Provide primary support for all inspection and acceptance activities related to new construction.

Maintaining all farm Facilities and Utilities.
 To direct the integrated facility maintenance for Al-Safi dairy by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of services in which preventive and corrective maintenance actions.
 Follow-up, approve and release maintenance orders and evaluate the notifications prior to implementation.
 Monitoring and follow-up on the maintenance projects and the progress of on-going works.
 Participate in the implementation and transformation of policies, procedures, goals and plans of the department.
 Perform all necessary technical study, proposals & budget to achieve the company goals and objectives.
 Perform all necessary study to update or modernize the utility systems within the scope of works of the department.

Maintaining all Hospital Facilities and Utilities.
 Assist the director of engineering affairs department or his designee in coordinating and recommending the works with the maintenance engineers as and when required.
 Review, implement & create if necessary the policy & procedure of maintenance section.
 Produce the necessary report required from the maintenance section in weekly, monthly and yearly basis covering the whole activities with the required Quality-Assurance (Q.A.) report and when required by the Director of Engineering Affairs Department.
 Work close to the maintenance head section engineers providing the technical support.
 Implement & monitor the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) program for each section.
 Implement & monitor the Quality-Assurance (Q.A.) program.

Maintaining all Hospital Facilities and Utilities.
 Monitor the operational state of all plant and equipment under my supervision.
 Coordinate works on special projects.
 Implement & monitor a planned preventive maintenance (PPM) program.
 Determine work priorities and expedite operations and repairs.
 Implement Quality Assurance (Q.A.) program & procedure.
 Produce and organize a maintenance technician training program.
 Initiate the engineering supervisors, technicians & skilled worker’s performance evaluation.
 Periodically inspect building and utility systems to determine need of repairs and/or alterations.
 Assist & recommend interdepartmental actions, transfers, promotions & disciplinary actions, etc.
