Financial Controller Role Managing the following:
• Make sure Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policies of the Group are always followed within the Division.
• Supervise reporting (internally + Paris head-office).
• Analyze discrepancies between actual figures and budgeted ones.
• Prepare additional reports such as investment and Working capital follow-ups.
• Prepare yearly budget, long term plan, estimated and actual year end results.
• Carry out regular audits, checks and controls.
• Main interface with the external auditors for books certification.
• Handle relationships with banks and fiscal authority.
• Manage treasury and cash flows and ensure adequate financing of the activities.
• Manage Credit & Risk control and Management Control functions.
• Negotiate with banks and financial institutions and make sure contracts are respected.
• Support Secretary General (SG) in ensuring that all risks are covered by insurance policies.
• Issue work control procedures and carry out regular audits.
• Supervise the respect of local tax requirements.
• Assess and control the financial risk of the company.
• Support SG in the Follow-up of all legal cases with Total lawyers.
• Achieve EIA ”annual performance appraisal” HSEQ objectives assigned by the Safety committee and the Top management.
• Other duties as assigned.
Management Controller Role Managing the following:
• Reconcile of Gross margin (GM) & Gross margin variable expenses (GMVE) of business.
• Check and control in ERP (Template Light - SAP).
• Monthly reporting on financial key performance indicators (KPI’s) (Customer credit, finance and accounting performance)
• Prepare medium and long term treasury forecasts.
• Preparation of the yearly budget, the long term plan and the estimated & actual year end results.
• Analyze discrepancies between actual figures and budgeted ones.
• Assist in month end closing and month end reporting.
• Ensure management accounts and working capital requirement (WCR) reports are prepared accurately and represent the true picture of the business.
• Prepare additional reports and any ad hoc projects.
• Support Finance Manager in various tasks
• Achieve EIA ”annual performance appraisal” HSEQ objectives assigned by the Safety committee and the Top management.
• Other duties as assigned.
Accountant then senior Accountant
• Monthly reporting on financial KPI’s ( profit and loss P&L, JPRC, GM, unit gross margin UGM)
• Gathering, controlling and verifying financial data related to accounting.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
• Ensuring entries are made in time and accurately.
• Ensuring periodic closing, within time limits
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
• Following up & reconciling accounts payable.
• Following up accounts receivable.
• Preparing payments to suppliers, partners.
• Preparing various kinds of reconciliations including bank,
• Responsible for registering fixed assets
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Prepare various financial reports as required
• Performing other duties directly related to the job as required
