• Providing Commercial, financial, and contractual support on
construction contracts
• Preparing the outgoing letters addressed to the different authorities
such as but not limited to (Client “PWA”, Supervision Consultant
“ITAL”, MME/PPD, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Kahramaa …. etc)
• Assess and prepare Claims
• Preparing & Translating the Subcontract Agreements
• Reviewing Contracts to ensure Compliance with the Clauses (General
Conditions of the Contract, Particular Conditions of the Contract
along with QCS 2014)
• Sharing and clarifying contract processes, conditions and details
with management, business partners and employees
• Ensuring relevant documentation accompany contracts, and
maintaining digital and hard copies of relevant documentation
• Encoding data with proper distributing of documents
• Providing support and assistance to the Projects Manager &
Commercial Manager
• Call Center customer service representative where I handle
customers gently, help them, provide them with necessary
information about their inquiries, satisfy their needs. Main duties
including but not limited to:
• Customer Support, Email Handling, Phone Support (inbound/
outbound calls)
• Assisting customers with their enquiries escalate/ re-direct
problems when appropriate.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
• Communicate with other departments using phone & Emails in
order to clarify and solve company issues
• Suggested by team leaders & supervisors to play the role of inquiry
in the floor for other agents.
• Providing administrative and clerical support
• Providing support and assistance to the chief commercial internal
auditor
• Encoding data with proper distributing of documents to each
department
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Providing other tasks including printing, Photocopying & Scanning
• Communicate with other departments using phone & Emails in order
to clarify and solve company issues
• Follow up pending payments with sister companies
• When we receive a complaints and queries through social media
channels (twitter &Facebook), we carry out an investigation. We will
reply to customers via our admin pages in twitter and Facebook. We will
thereby provide the solution. If it is not possible for us to fully respond
to customers within this time, we will let them know and tell them what
is being done to deal with the complaint & when they can expect the full
reply and from whom. We will always acknowledge where things could
have been done better and tell customers what will be done to avoid the
same thing happening again. Equally we escalate customers’ complaints
to related department for more investigation.
• Social media complaints are very specific as we will reinvestigate the
issue with concern teams to come out with the suitable resolution for
customers’ complaints
• Follow up customer’s complaint with relative departments
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & annual reports & PowerPoint presentations.
