• Responsible for designing new 3D models of Inline Inspection Tools mainly MFL, TFI, Caliper, UT and Cleaning Tools.
• Responsible for generating 2D drawings using GD&T for the above mentioned tools and their parts
• Responsible for making 2D simulations to represent the working of tools in pipeline.
• Responsible for calculating forces, stresses and pressure acting on each parts of the tool when it is inside the pipeline acting under both mediums, i.e. Oil and Gas.
• Prepare bills of materials for finished mechanical assemblies and all pats, and to either acquire or generate all required technical product data sheets.
• Supervise and assist in the creation of finished as-built & as-installed versions of drawings.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
