• Indentify the procurement needs.
• Preparation of procurement plan.
• Invitation for bid proposals.
• Evaluation of bid.
• Negotiation with vendors for final approval.
• Issue Purchase Order, Letter Of Intent, Sub Contract Agreement.
• Performance evaluation of Vendors.
• Preparation & review of comparative statements. Negotiate and finalize contract in line with the project plan, specifications and budgetary constraints.
• Prepare and review periodic reports, via procurement status, material submittal status to monitor timely and effective procurement process.
• Co-ordination with other project management groups of the company on QA/QC base.
• Timely action with regard to submittals/re-submittals in conjunction with the Project team.
• Reporting the procurement status/issues to management.
• Follow up the long lead item’s delivery.
• Preparing all civil & architectural submittals for all the company projects (Technical, Material and Subcontract trades).
• Liaising with the consultant towards approval of materials and subcontracts.
• Following up material delivery to the site.
• Initiate and coordinate project kick off meeting for various sub contract trades with project team.
• Preparation of weekly reports - Shop drawing approval register, Material submittal log.
• Procurement of materials and subcontracts.
• Detailing of structural elements.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule / Bar Detailing.
• Preparation of Architectural and Structural shop-drawing
• Preparation of As Built Drawings.
