Quality checks, Labor reports and invoices approvals…
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor efforts within the project and the review of deliverables
Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
Interact on a weekly basis with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in regards of subcontractors
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule,
plans, personnel’s performance)
Lead tendering process with support of Engineering and procurement teams and align T&Cs of main packages
Perform Due diligence to external suppliers (Electrolyzer)
according to client’s needs

Development and monitoring of the projects procurement plan for equipment, machinery/tools, and construction materials
Development and monitoring of costs, as well as technical/commercial offers from clients and subcontractors
Monitoring HSE site procedures and documentation
Monitoring QA/QC project documents
Development, monitoring, and updating of the project schedule
Management of reporting to top management: weekly and monthly meetings

Conducting FEED studies for industrial projects (Fertilizer, mining, water treatment, green Hydrogen/Ammonia)
Technical specifications analysis and development
Study and analysis of applicable standards (ISO, API, ASTM, HI...), and development of technical specifications
Sizing, material selection, and preparation of datasheets for various equipment
Preparation of tender documents, analysis, and awarding of bids, supplier monitoring and follow-up (RFQ, RFC, TBAs, RFP...)
Flow simulation using ARENA SIMULATION software
