Managing Quality and Operation Activities in the group
Process enhancement in the group
Maintain certificates in the group (BRCGS, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO9001, and Yum Standards)
Build Customer satisfaction System and Customer care system.
Build reporting system for the group (internal and external reporting)
Develop and enhance operation process in the group.
Maintain, build, assure and control the standards in the five factories in the group Build TDS (Technical Data Sheet) for all the products in the group.

Auditing and evaluating the Supplier based on the systems of ISO 22000
Achieve ISO 22000 for the central kitchen
Build system for customer complaints investigation with CAPA report to identify the root cause, corrective and preventives actions

Manage the communication between Dubai Municipality and the group for getting the approvals for labels, Layout, and RAC reports

Starting the new Meat Factory in DIP location beside managing the Activities in RAS location Auditing and evaluating the Supplier based on the systems of MAGENTA group
Build and train Food Safety Team in the group
Manage the yearly Management Review Meeting
Build and Develop working procedures
Assure the following of Lesaffre Quality Standards in Jordan market
Manage daily tasks for Quality Department
Follow up and troubleshooting for laboratory samples results
Communicate the working update with MECA (Middle east and Central Asia) office Implement the procedures update which received from MECA office
Manage the Food Safety and Quality Team, assuring that the staff is under developing and utilizing them for the greatest effectiveness within the department
Lead the Food Safety and Quality Team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Food Safety and Quality systems.
Developing prerequisite programs, e.g. training, sanitation, recalls
Ensure that all internal Operational Department (Production, Maintenance, R&D, Sales & Operational planning) needs are met by the Food Safety and Quality Team
Preparing and practicing in audits

Developing and managing recall plans
Create and maintain an efficient, hygienic, and positive working environment
Promote Health and Safety in the workplace
Mentor and train Food Quality and Safety Team -which include but is not limited to GMP, CCP, Food Safety, Quality Specification training, SSOP, SOP and policy training

Ensure compliance with all quality programs, including GMP, HACCP and ISO22000.
Lead, manage and assist in developing processes, specifications, and critical control points in manufacturing, for ongoing quality assurance of all finished goods
Ensure that all new regulations are quickly and accurately implemented at all assigned facilities and suppliers
Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product manufacturing in a way that result in company compliance with regulatory GMP, HACCP, and ISO and customer Product requirements
Develop and execute training programs that support the Company’s objectives with regard to Quality and food safety
Conducting self-site audits for the units and conduct pre approval audits for the potential suppliers
Upward / downward management of individuals that are not within line of reporting, to ensure food hygiene standards are maintained at each site.
Monitor the packaging lines to insure all standards implemented
Monitor Beef production line to insure best Quality products processed specially for the VIP clients such as (McDonalds, KFC and etc)
Member of sensory Evaluation Team Follow-up the external auditors observations
Prepare samples of products to send to external labs for sensory evaluation or microbial tests and documentation
Maintaining all the required documents for Food Safety Systems
Monitor the second shift production and make sure that all products follow the standards
