My main task in zahid is to collect the customer survey forms on their behalf through the team. Then enter it to the system to enable the statistical calculations and final results which will indicate the customer satisfaction level and service fill percentage, which at the end will lead to increase sales and increase the level of customer satisfaction
At the Saudi American bank I was based at steen st .branch in the credit department, serving the customers who are seeking loans and credit cards and answer all customers qustions through phone and on site , moreover we were visiting customers at their premises.
