- Physical Security (Astrophysics, Cominfo, Turnstar)
• Study and Evaluate tender documents for Low Current Systems projects (in Lebanon, Iraq and Nigeria) including Specifications, Drawings and BOQ
• Conducts studies on how to integrate the solutions with the available systems choosing the compliant product/system relative to the needed specifications
• Briefs Project Manager on all aspects of the project and hands-over all documentation, customers’ contacts and other aspects for commencement of the project execution
• Effective coordination with the sales team to provide the solution which is technically and commercially competent
• Coordinate with Estimation Engineer in regards to pricing
• Coordinate and assist draftsman in preparing AutoCAD layouts and final drawings
• Remain up-to-date with the latest technologies; constantly research for new products and technologies; Possess ability to integrate existing systems with new product offerings

• Prepare technical submittals and sales presentations
• Identify areas of risk and opportunity
• Generate leads and contact potential clients
• Estimate projects material and labor costs
• Competent Measurement and Bill preparation from AutoCAD Drawings
• Sales Pipeline Management

• Writing Functional requirement specification (FRS) for telecom equipments related to the following vendors: Huawei, Ericsson, NSN, ZTE, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco
• Designing a multi-vendor data collector from network management system and equipment configuration files, physical and logical, including the following topics: IP, Ethernet, TDM, ATM, Mobile networking for various operators: Vodacom, Meditel, Touch, Syriatel
• Assisting and contributing in the debugging and testing process of the developed modules
• Designing new features in NEP (Network Engineering Platform):
- Traffic Trend, Historical and Forecasted, for: 2G, 3G and 4G cells, BTS, BSC, NodeB, RNC, eNodeB
- Board Dimensioning for RNC
• Supporting NEP clients and gathering requirements from them

• Follow up and apply any training requested by technical manager especially Dell DCSE.
• Support for SETS personnel in office for all problems.

Topics covered: Switching concept and techniques, PCM, functions of a switch, elements of the switch, Operation & configuration of the Siemens switching platforms including issues related to traffic, routing, alarms monitoring and dimensioning, exposed to GSM network structure and its components with their role in the system.
