• Develop integrated solutions for multiple micro and macro Low Current Systems projects including:
- Video Surveillance (Axis, Pelco, Arecont Vision, Hikvision, American Dynamics)
- Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation (Esser, Avenger, VES)
- Intrusion Alarm (DSC, Texecom, AVS Electronics)
- Access Control (Software House, Kantech, Suprema)
- Public Address (Ambient System)
- Leak Detection & Facilities monitoring (RLE Technologies)
- Fire Suppression (Kidde Fire Systems)
- Physical Security (Astrophysics, Cominfo, Turnstar)
• Study and Evaluate tender documents for Low Current Systems projects (in Lebanon, Iraq and Nigeria) including Specifications, Drawings and BOQ
• Conducts studies on how to integrate the solutions with the available systems choosing the compliant product/system relative to the needed specifications
• Briefs Project Manager on all aspects of the project and hands-over all documentation, customers’ contacts and other aspects for commencement of the project execution
• Effective coordination with the sales team to provide the solution which is technically and commercially competent
• Coordinate with Estimation Engineer in regards to pricing
• Coordinate and assist draftsman in preparing AutoCAD layouts and final drawings
• Remain up-to-date with the latest technologies; constantly research for new products and technologies; Possess ability to integrate existing systems with new product offerings
• Design various low-current systems:
- Video Surveillance (Axis, Everfocus, Panasonic, Hikvision)
- Fire Alarm (Morley, INIM)
- Access Control (RBH Access, Paxton)
- Intrusion Alarm (INIM)
- Structured Cabling (Panduit)
- Data Network (Cisco, HP)
- Telephone (Panasonic)
- Public Address (TOA)
- SMATV (Fracarro, Alcad)
- Audio Visual (Crestron)
- CO Detection (Duran)
• Prepare technical submittals and sales presentations
• Identify areas of risk and opportunity
• Generate leads and contact potential clients
• Estimate projects material and labor costs
• Competent Measurement and Bill preparation from AutoCAD Drawings
• Sales Pipeline Management
• Writing Functional requirement specification (FRS) for telecom equipments related to the following vendors: Huawei, Ericsson, NSN, ZTE, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco
• Designing a multi-vendor data collector from network management system and equipment configuration files, physical and logical, including the following topics: IP, Ethernet, TDM, ATM, Mobile networking for various operators: Vodacom, Meditel, Touch, Syriatel
• Assisting and contributing in the debugging and testing process of the developed modules
• Designing new features in NEP (Network Engineering Platform):
- Traffic Trend, Historical and Forecasted, for: 2G, 3G and 4G cells, BTS, BSC, NodeB, RNC, eNodeB
- Board Dimensioning for RNC
• Supporting NEP clients and gathering requirements from them
• General telecom testing, delivering projects and participating in NEP product development

• Install, configure and maintain various Dell systems.
• Support for clients on site solving network, software & hardware problems for all Dell systems.
• Support for biometrics and other low current machines such as: Touchlock32, V20, Handpunch and teaching clients on it.
• Manage Dell Systems at the American University of Beirut (AUB) and Medical Center (AUH).
• Follow up and apply any training requested by technical manager especially Dell DCSE.
• Support for SETS personnel in office for all problems.
Topics covered: Switching concept and techniques, PCM, functions of a switch, elements of the switch, Operation & configuration of the Siemens switching platforms including issues related to traffic, routing, alarms monitoring and dimensioning, exposed to GSM network structure and its components with their role in the system.
Completion of a project under the title “Broadcasting live Audio and Video over the Internet”.
Connecting to media servers, live streaming, embedding the streamed videos into websites.
