- Responsible for developing strategies for managing a significant portfolio of investment including meeting with funders, preparing and reporting on the analysis of investment.
- Determine pricing based on product demand and supply, help maximize a profits, and grow market share for a business.
- Involved in end-to-end management of projects in compliance to project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters across assigned project phases.
- Manage administrative aspects related to recruiting specialists & sub-contractors as well as setting up strategic partnership with internal resources and third parties/vendors based on project as well as operational requirements.
- Assist the senior management in finalizing project budget and scope for maintaining project P/L. Follow up with various stakeholders aimed at maintaining seamless operations.
- Optimize resource utilization and streamline processes for enhancing operational efficiency and departmental profitability.
- Prepare and present various status reports for the senior management and other stakeholders to enable effective decision making.
Agreeing project objectives, representing the client's or organisation's interests, ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, working on a project, carrying out risk assessment, making sure that all the aims of the project are met, making sure the quality standards are met, monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained, overseeing the accounting, costing and billing.
In Jeddah Airport Project, Data Management, Data Evaluation, managing IT budgets, scheduling upgrades, managing secure network access for remote users, propose the most appropriate solutions by reference to the information, deliver Advise to General Director, General control of all phases in organization.
