Responsibilities:
Translate the project related document which should be reported monthly, mainly the supportive supervision reports, ministry of public health and population meeting minutes, and work closely with the project team to use the government and donor terminology.
Translate the technical guidelines, tools, job aids which will be developed, and translate the ministry of public health and population official letters to be shared with the donor.
Translate from English to Arabic and vice versa of Save the Children's internal documents such as key messages, minutes, circulars, reports, articles, policies, regulations, and guidelines, project proposals, budget and any other internal texts as required. The text has to be delivered in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel files as required.
Ensure that the translated text is technically, linguistically and grammatically accurate, error-free, meet high-quality professional standards, and would not need further editing after completion of translation, the role incumbent is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, impact and accuracy of the entire document with a minimal margin of errors per page.
Observe confidentially and refrain from exposing any information about the content of the text.
Support the implementation of the project approved branding and marking plan according to USAID and Save the Children requirements.
Support with orienting project staff and other implementing partners on USAID and Save the Children marking and branding guidelines and ensuring project compliance with these guidelines.

Aid the health and nutrition staff in training the inexperienced staff in health information system formats and ensure that all concerned people at health facility level understand the reporting system.
Revise and enter weekly and monthly reports into IMPACT, health, and nutrition database after receiving it from health and nutrition staff.
Enter and manage CMAM, CPDR, IMCI, IYCF and ANC/PNC information.
Ensure that all information entered is correct and valid.
Analyse the data and make a report against the indicators of the program to see the level of the achievement.
Develop monthly update and graphs showing the progress of the project using Power BI.
Analyse health and nutrition information data per each program and illustrates the achievement for each month, quarter and represented them in monthly program meeting.
Be responsible for feedback on all health and nutrition programs to the program officers and project officers including the common mistakes in the reports to be corrected and checked again with medical staff at health facilities.
