Qatar Red Crescent Medical Affairs is tracking the worker health file as partner with MOPH with around 50, 000 patients yearly and more than 1, 000 staff in order to enhance all medical service to him which are including all medical health centers.

 Leads the technical part of the tendering process for the end-state operators in coordination with the procurement team during the Preparation, Clarification and Evaluation phases.  Develop and manage Facility operating & new project budgets for the assigned portfolio, proactively track variances and manage within target of agreed budgets, identifying efficiencies and savings where possible.  Supports & deployment of strategies to restore & recover services affected by operational.  Incidents, related to facilities, bad weather, staff shortages or equipment failure, and acts as a focal point within Service Delivery in incident management and liaises with the emergency services and agencies for assistance.  Best practice and relevant laws and regulations applicable in the state of Qatar.  Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environment and risk management policies and procedures.  Manage the Facilities Management activities such as - health and safety compliance, security, Maintenance, housing services, building management services, housekeeping, grounds and recreational facilities and all aspects of soft facilities services such as parking, catering, cleaning and waste management.  Lead the development and maintenance of facilities services to support the various departments by overseeing the monitor log and guide the team in providing quality service to employees and attending to employee complaints.  Overseeing and monitoring the management of accommodation and housing services, building
Maintenance, refurbishment, alterations, ground maintenance, mechanical and Electrical maintenance and site surveys.  Guide the team with maintenance and repair operations for the facilities, this will cover Preventative maintenance, on-call repair services, projects and the work of contractors.  Maintain a professional working relationship with all stakeholders and collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure vendors and third-party providers adhere to service standards, quality, and contractual agreements.  Tracking all activities related to new project from starting executed till handover & operation.  Follow and issuance all documents or papers with governance as Baladia, QCDD & MOI.  Contribute in the policy development initiatives for Facilities Management Department and monitor the implementation of Facilities Management Departments procedures and processes.  Provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates to contribute to the development of employees and must have excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, delegation and communications skills as well as the ability to act as a mentor to team members.  Ensure that all activities meet and integrate with the organizational requirements for quality management, Health and Safety, legal and statutory requirements and general duty of care.  Identify opportunities to optimize contract profitability through advising on key inputs. Advise on the viability of existing contracts and take pre-emptive measures to maximize opportunity to renew contract on expiry.  Follow & Manage the fleet (200 Vehicles) and tracking all daily Maintenance issues to keep our fleet healthy and ready for any emergency response.  Review the Monthly MIS and P&L to be discussed with Finance & Management.

 Managing the processes of installation, startup, repair, training and modifications. Responsible for management of preventative maintenance of production machinery and facilities inspections.  Provides inputs for planning, development & implementation of policies, procedures and work  Instructions for aligning departments operations to the committed performance targets to ensure operations efficiency and performance of facilities.  Plan to ensure that there are sufficient resources to support events/functions related activities.  Implement maintenance program to ensure all activities carried out as per MEP maintenance plan.  Manage the functional duties of department personnel, including outsource service staff as appropriate.  Conduct regular inspection and verification of MEP work done.  Meeting / discussion with internal and external customers to ensure requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily.  Monitor and evaluate the facilitys energy to optimize usage and costs.  Monitor and evaluate in house and outsource technicians competency and service level.  Attend daily banquet event order meeting to prepare events/functions requirements.  Conduct regular meeting with staff and outsource service to ensure maintenance program and work requests are on schedule.  Regular supervision and verification of MEP works as well as Tracking all MEP issue which will affective to working quality to Keep all system working duly.

 Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all MEP works at site. Estimates prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment and tools etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.  Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.  Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all MEP work groups at site.  Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.  Coordinates with Client / Consultants representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.  Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on Regular basis or as required. Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the groups at site.  Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings,  Contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards Electrical.  Directly responsible for the safety of all MEP groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.  Responsible for design review & implementation of suitable solutions of Video Surveillance, Access Control, Public Address, Nurse Call System, Digital Antenna System, Fire Alarm System, Energy Management Control System and Building Management Systems, HVAC and Firefighting systems Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.

An Olympic Multipurpose Hall for Handball, Basketball, Volley Ball, Badminton, rhythmic gymnastics and International ice rink sports complain with local and international federation standards. The project consists of three buildings (the Main arena building, the TV building and cooling tower building) as well as two storm water tanks located underground and site landscaping (soft and hard scape) and internal roads around the buildings. The building has 1 basement and 4 floors above ground plus catwalk floors.

 Coordinate AKTOR ELV Commissioning team and assists in the development of the commissioning procedure.  Manages the Sub-contractor commissioning activities.  Heads the commissioning meeting.  Reviews and accepts the commissioning reports and coordinates the start of the performance testing.  Provides status of the activities and manages the schedule in close coordination with all higher managements.  Raise and prepare all IRFTs with consultant in order to close 1st, 2nd and 3rd fix.  Hand over to client and owner.  Attendance the inspection with QCDD and get NOC for the building.

New Doha International Airport (NDIA) is a massive Airport Project under construction schedule to start it operation (partly) in Early 2014.since this is very massive project total project is divided into small units called packages. ELV design and construction is of CP-18 (Main Terminal, concourses A, b & C) has been awarded to CESCO.

 EDWARD system certificate Software and Hardware.  Receive all Main Contractor instruction (MCI) and tracking our Sub-Contractor to insure all work is done.  Coordination with Main Contractor to solve all issues regarding all modification work on site.  Generate Block diagrams, Functional design descriptions, Bill of Material, Engineering calculations test plane and all detailed design drawings, documents and information in accordance with project specification.  Communicate technical tasking information to supporting staff such as draughtsman testing and integration staff.  Review project lessons learned and post project reports for continuous improvement action to ensure that the engineering design are in compliance with the company engineering standards.  Carry out ongoing inspections at site and integration with other system.  Coordination with all Contractors and Main Contractor in the project.  Managing and coordination all ELV system inspection and final Handling over following approved IRFs  Writing and replaying formal letters to client and contractors.  Reporting to project engineer & manager of all ELV system site activities.  Coordination with Main Contractor for handling over progress.  Attending site meeting related to solve ELV inspection issues.  Preparing progress payment for all system monthly.  Verify that project goals and objectives are defined.  Reviewing and marking as built drawings for site installations  Attending progress meetings for accomplishing target.
