• Acting as section assistance manager
• Assist recruitment section by conducting interviews with candidates
• Prepare attendance and absences periodic reports and share them with management
• Admin of ex-employees system related to tickets benefit
• Conduct investigation committees when requested
• Add, delete, and update employee information related to medical insurance
• A member of SAT Team (Special Assistance Team) for emergency cases

• Manage monthly overtime reports for all employees.
• Continuous improvement of HR information system by cooperation with IT department.
• Control all types of daily attendance transactions for all employees.
• Follow-up and update employees' status regarding absenteeism, unpaid leave, sick leave, and other leaves.
• Acting as timekeeper.
• Follow up and solve employees' issues related to HR.
• Issue official letters including (embassies letters, courts letters, salary certificates, etc.).
• Make contracts for new employees.
• Monitor daily employees' attendance based on their schedules and compare it with system records.
• Follow-up the renewal of employees' documents (passports, medical cards, work permission, etc.).
• Coordinate with branches in order to solve HR-related problems.
• Act as social security liaison officer.
• Control disciplinary actions and follow-up their status.
