Lead the Learning and Development Department and Training Center with the support of three main teams to oversee and implement Johnson Controls’ Training & development programs, Performance Management cycle, Talent development process and maintain the HRIS up to date.

Provided technical support to Al Ahli Takaful employees to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
Designed, developed, and managed the internal website (Intranet) and played a key role within the project management team responsible for the company’s external website redesigning.
