Director of Renewable Energy Center in USA•Manager
December 27, 2012 To whom it May Concern, I am very pleased and delighted to write this reference letter for Miss. Hana Alagili who has been working with me as Executive Secretary at the Solar Photovoltaic and Engineering Research centre for more than one year. Hana has always risen above the call of duty and went beyond my expectations. Often times, she will reply to my emails that I sent beyond 5 pm and quite frequently at midnight. I can say frankly that if it was not for Hana’s resourceful approaches to solving problems and dedicated efforts to see tasks are done to completion and to her colleagues’ satisfaction, the Center would not have operated most smoothly as far as travel requests, purchasing, coordinating meetings and conferences for me with visitors from outside the Kingdom and inside, helping out our Center Coordinator in completing tasks assigned to the Coordinator, etc…I am happy to say that She never missed a dead line! Hana has a pleasant personality and is very happy to work alone as well as in a team. She already had a good knowledge of computing software and has quickly learned all the administration work related to her job. I could not be more pleased to have her work as my Executive Secretary. She is a great asset to the Solar and Photovoltaic and Engineering Research centre. I am confident she will do a great job at any task assigned to her. I wish her best for her future career. She will be missed very much. Thank you, Best regards, Ghassan E. Jabbour, Ph.
