● Delivered 20 training sessions for 400 Jordanian university students per year, aiming to enhance their online researching skills
● Managed two public Video Conferencing sessions per year, between local youth and young people from the United Kingdom, to promote cultural understanding
● Produced the British Council’s “Buzz” on-line magazine, targeting young adolescents, and promoting the United Kingdom’s latest trends
● Organised detailed library tours for local schools and colleges
● Provided consultation to ELT learners and “IELTS” English language test candidates, on the use of library and online resources
