Reorganize the HR department by developing the HR plan in coordination with the company’s strategy

◼ Visit clients to discuss consultancy service and fees, and assess working conditions

◼ Handle the headhunting process by identifying and approaching suitable candidates
◼ Inform candidates of hiring decision and document requirements for processing
◼ Keep abreast of Lebanese Labor Law with respect to employment contracts, terminations, and hiring
rules and regulations
◼ Participate and preparing job fairs, career days, etc
