Receiving HR issues from Females Staff and addressed and handled appropriately.
• Supporting and assisting HR Relationship Manager when required to provide a comprehensive
HR service.
• Participating in HR Studies, reports & HR proposals.
• Working with HR Relationship Manager & line managers of designated business/functions to identify their
specific requirements and deliver effective and aligned HR Relationship Management services to meet their needs.
• Using Oracle System.
• Using Geneva System.
• Controls Annual Leave System.
• Controls the new joining sessions.
• Controls all related issues regarding the Acceptance of Resignation, Termination, Warning Letter.
• Following up the end of services clearance with each department.
• Control All annual ticket for female cabin crew.
• Follow up with GR dept. regarding the new hire iqama and visa.
