Center of Doha & Cornice Development and Beautification:
This project aims to make Doha City Centre a Landmark and Memorable Experience for FIFA world cup 2022 Fans!
By linking people to the places safely from their accommodation to the Stadiums, Fan Zones and festival areas and amenities. this can be achieved by making safe environment and wonderful experience for pedestrian’s walkways and cycle paths in Center of Doha, and reviving internal public roads, heritage & cultural areas, residential & hotels areas and public plazas.
This project achieved:

1, 837 Street Light
1, 600 Local Pole Light
8 KM Cycleways
65, 000 m2 Green Surface
4, 500 Car Parking
Project Cost is: 410, 920, 712 USD.

Duties:
1- Control all Contractors’ submittals and corresponding for Arch. & Landscape scope to the client (Ashghal) and vice versa.
2- Coordinate with contractors, design consultant and client to solve all project Arch. & Landscape issues that comes during site construction.
3- Reviewing all Arch. & Landscape Engineering doc. (Shop drawings, As Built, official letters...etc.)
4- Handling all main roads and internal corridors in Arch. & landscape scope: walkways, Cycleways, street furniture, shading structure, lighting… etc.
5- Handling all Open Plazas in the project (the project have Five public plazas) for Arch. & landscape scope coordination, shop drawings review, material samples and approval, site visit, solving issues, site inspections… etc.
6- Handling Center of Doha project wayfinding task following signage guidelines to decide areas names (Arabic & English), location, direction, distance in coordination with site conditions.
7- Arrange site visits with client, contractor and supervision consultant.
Duties:
1- Manager of Design Department which consisting of 12 team members between architects, graphic designer and draftsmen, handling the work from CD until the IFC based on client requirements & project budget.
2- Professional experience with Design workflow, team advisor and decision maker
3- Monitoring & controlling project time schedules & submissions Logs to ensure that tasks are completed on time and adhere to the established specifications and standards to meet with the approved budget.

1- “Crystal City Resort” in Dead Sea; is a large-scale project containing within its scope residential tower, 5 star Hotel, theater & ball room, VIP restaurant and Aqua Park & landscaping areas spread all-around the facilities.
2- Interior Design for High-end and luxurious villas in Amman.
Duties:
1- Working on the conceptual design of a resort until achieving detailed design and meeting client's requirements according to the standards & principals.
2- Responsible for all landscaping issues including site leveling & grading, parking lot design, outdoor pathways & greenery, shades, pools, fountain, ....etc.
3- Preparing schematic design until detailed design of architectural - interior & exterior designs including ID details (Classic & modern styles).

Duties:
1- Attending kick-off meetings, regular client’s meetings, coordination meetings, and preparing MOM.
2- Working on all Architectural project stages; concept until the final tender document.
3- Conducting coordination meetings in timely manner with other engineering disciplines (Civil & MEP.. etc.).
4- Considering regulations of the country, safety & security requirements to get approval from authorities.
5- Preparing a professional landscape design respecting project guidelines with principles, the property elements, site context, climate, planting of the area and the demands of client himself.
6- Developing modern & themed designs of 3 fun cities with rides, entertainment indoor facilities, water rides -in Aqua Parks-, and a wide range of food courts & cafes, restaurants.

Duties:
1- To prepare landscape conceptual design (Hard-scape & Soft-scape), until design development and detailed design stage, BOQs and specification documents.
2- Preparing material selection & finishing schedules, tiling & paving layouts, garden furniture layouts, lighting layouts (coordinated with elec. eng.), designing unique water features; fountains and ponds associated with decorative works, and preparing all types of necessary details enlargements.
Project:
New General Headquarters Complex of Jordan Armed Forces (GHQ of JAF) / $200 million.
Duties:
1- Preparing shop drawings for the following buildings: (GH14-Broadcasting bldg, GH21-Officer's Living bldg,
GH22-Gymnasium bldg, GH23-NCOS's & Soldier's Living bldg, GH25-General Stores bldg, GH28-Central
Utilities, transports & fire bridge bldg, GH30 & GH34 Generators & Transformer bldgs, GH35-Sequrity
Quarantine Building.
2- Conducting engineering coordination with civil & MEP works, stone façade cladding and aluminum
curtain walls & composite panels.
3- Preparing the as built drawings as a final stage of project closure.
