Job Role: Human Resources and Recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Supervising the safety of the recruitment procedures, such as( processing work contracts, follow-up work procedures, procedures for preparing the files of the new employees, filming them and introducing them to the personnel affairs program, carrying out all the administrative services for the company's employees, implementing all administrative decisions, monitoring the attendance and departure of all employees, applying sanctions, recording absences, Work and labor issues and ensure the preservation of all files, documents and passports.
• Implement and enforce termination of service, dismissal or resignations decisions.
• Coordination with all administrative units of the company to solve all administrative problems in accordance with the laws and administrative regulations.
• Coordinating with the Legal Affairs Department regarding labor issues and processing the necessary documents.
• Issuance of salary certificates and certificates of experience.
• Reports and testimonies of employees.
• Accomplishment of vacation transactions of all kinds, emergency, sick and annual, and extension of leave.
• Checking, keeping and following up all the documents of the employees that need renewal such as passport, civil ID, residence and driving licenses.
• Completion of administrative procedures for the amendment of job titles and salary increases.
• Organizing and following up procedures for the recruitment of foreign workers (work permits) and completing recruitment procedures.
• Follow up the opening of their bank accounts and the procedures for transferring their residency.
• Keeping all passports of company employees and employees, arranging and coordinating passports, placing them in their own storage, and handing over and receiving passports of employees.
• The introduction of renewed passport data on the company's system and the follow-up of remittances from outside the company
