we receipt the client who's want to travel to Dubai, telling them about the documents which we need to issue visa, then we fill his/her application visa and entered it to the system.. after one or two days when the visa approved we called the client and ask about the way to receive his/ her visa (by e-mail or if he want to come our office) if the visa unapproved we try to know the reason from immigration favor Dubai, we correspond them by e-mail and trying to solve the problem and issued visa to the client.
