 Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.

 Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
 Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on.
 Plan budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
 Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.
 Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.

 Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations.
 Examine energy consumption patterns, technology usage, and office equipment and recommend buying new or different equipment or supplies in order to lower energy costs or improve indoor air quality.
 Plan for maintenance and the future replacement of equipment.
 Oversee renovation projects to improve efficiency and ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
 Evaluate Suppliers.
 Maintaining a good working relationship with suppliers by communicating and dealing with concerns or problems, such as a delay in an order being processed.
 Responsible for managing inventory documentation. Accurately and clearly record the quality, quantity, type, style, and any other characteristics of the inventory.
 Responsible for ensuring Madfoo3atcom has the right amount of stock to meet operational needs and also to avoid overstocking items; which ties up cash and creates storage issues.
 Implement inventory management software to ensure an automated approach that provides the ability to accurately and quickly track inventory.
 Initiating, coordinating and managing all safety related tasks within Madfoo3atCom.
 Issuing guidelines and directives to the staff on a regular basis and ensuring that the guidelines and rules are properly followed.
 Finding the root cause behind accidents and ensuring that the same incident is not repeated in future.
