- Creating social media content and profile for the company using graphic software ( Adobe photoshop - Adobe premiere - Canva ...)

- create Email templates such as introduction letters - after visit letter ( for sales team ), BOQ Emails, Proposals plus some of paper work templates for all divisions.

- responsible for archiving documents in every division in the company
-schedule meetings and briefs to be sent to team.
- Following up with the coo all meetings, schedule, contacts and operation requirements on ground due events, promotions and all new activities.
- in Events i am in charge of everything related to the hosted star (visa - Flight TKT and hotel reservations -dropping on and off the airport and following all these tasks related to his staying ) to make sure no flaws with the operation.
-Supervise the operation on ground whether service operation or entertainment operation.
- regular check on entertainment supplies and make sure everything is ready and qualified for the event or in the regular days in the Lotus night club.
- being up to date with the guests distributing map on the floor with the hostesses.
-receiving up to date reports from hostesses about the guests traffic everyday and follow the crowd track every month and make whole statistics related.
-contact with loyal guests every once in a while to engage them more with the venues and using my PR skills in order to make more customers.
- welcoming guests and provide great orienting over all what our restaurant about .
- observing and analyzing the Sales trends and guests traffic in the company and writing reports to the marketing assistant .
- provide the best training to all new hostesses in all outlets of the company to make sure we give the same nice picture of the company .
