Overseeing the operation, hold responsibility of all Al Manahil activities of Spa and Salon, Fitness includes Gym, group and private classes, Mind & Body (Yoga & Pilates), Ballet, hip hope and Zumba classes, Sports includes Swimming courses, Taekwondo, Tennis, Physiotherapy, and Nutrition.
Overseeing the hotel operations, hold responsibility of all rooms and food & beverage departments, leading operations and department teams, develops systems to enable associates to understand guest satisfaction results. Working together with guidance members to make the necessary decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals, and improve the key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s target customers.
