To carry out routine maintenance, breakdown and servicing of machine.
To carry out all activities with proper regards of personal safety.
Do preventive and corrective maintenance in all equipment and machine in site.
Asisst all maintenance needs of all equipments, parts replacements requirements and make approriate recomendation.
Carry out verification of works done by maintenance service on the equipments.
Supervise the service maintenance and submit reports thereof.
Plan and monitor day to day work and condition of equipment and machinery to ensure smooth running of site activities.
Carry out equipment safety inspection on site.
Check and update third party certificate of the equipment as per safety procedure.

• Monitor the activities and work quality of subordinates in the workshop to ensure that all work within the section is carried out in an efficient and procedurally complaint manner.

• Coordinate action for replacement or obsolete and develop repair strategies for corrective action.

• Provide daily updates, including site reports when on service work.
• Schedule daily workload and generates work schedule plans.

• Take full responsibility for the quality of work.

• Prepare requisitions for the issue of correct materials and tools.

• Planning for preventive and corrective maintenance for the equipments.
• Follow-up with workshop repair and maintenance equipment.

• Inspecting the equipment for proper lubrication and cleaning.

• Review ongoing workshop maintenance & repair and also provide engineering support.
• Take charge of MSE workshop if the superior and in charge on leave.

• Visiting and checking all the machine/equipment at different projects/sites.

• Taking corrective and preventive action for all machines at the projects/sites.

• Providing technical support for machine maintenance and repair in workshop.
• Daily works as instructed by Superior.

• Execute the routine maintenance of machinery, equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs.
• Develop strategies to improve overall quality, reliability and safety of plant personnel.
• Identify and reduce the incidence of breakdowns.
• Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
• Assist Planning Engineers with planning and scheduling work.
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
• Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Controls downtime by informing workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
• Prepares preventive maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Maintains equipment, parts, and site based inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders.
• Handle equipment monitoring device for CATERPILAR and KOMATSU and fuel management system.

• Monitor all facilities equiptment and machines such as compressor, refrigeration, boiler, conveyors and motors.
• Repair and overhaul reciprocating compressor and other rotating equipments.
• Monitor and operate waste water traitment.
• Regenerate water.
• Do Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Schedule of all facilities equipments and machines.
• Trouble shoot mechanical and electrical.

• Conduct a PM of the equipment
• Perform the checklist every week, monthly, semi-annually, quarterly and annually.
• Responsible of handling fire alarm system.
• Conducting a fire pump testing every week and responsible of PM of fire pump engine.
• Handle fire alarm system.
• Handle HVAC, PM of Chiller, Compressor and generator.
• We do piping installation and electrical works.
• Check and repair all pumps and motors.

• Responsible for maintaining and checking of all the equipments.
• Manage to repair all the heavy Equipment like backhoe, pay loader,
grider, pison, bulldozer, hydraulic crane, generator.
• Responsible for fixing those declared breakdown equipments.
• Responsible for checking first the heavy equipments if it’s working or not.
• Preparing Daily Status Reports and Making Safety Precautions.
• Directly report to the Manager in charge regarding the status of the work.
