• Lead, control and manage preliminary budget estimates prepared by consultants/operators of the total cost which shall include construction costs, professional fees FF&E & OS&E, operating supplies to ensure it conforms to brand standards and appropriate budget guidelines.

• Review and comment on design and outline specifications to ensure it conforms to standards and owners expectations of the brand and desired asset class.

• Monitor inspection notes on quality of construction and progress of work during construction in relation to approved drawings and specifications and required quality.

• Monitor cost against approved budget, including material procurement and progress claims.
