Managing and leading teams and projects.
 Managing the Competency system of Dubai’s workshop, the hub.
 Quality control, Quality LPR Audits and Audit Analysis.
 Authorizing assessors and conducting Board review for career development.
 Repair and Maintenance for different Drilling services tools (MWD - NaviTrak)
and equipment, including Troubleshooting, fault finding, and root-cause analysis
that requires analytical aptitude, including inspection and quality control QC.
 Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) duties and responsibilities.
 Providing coaching and training.
 Quality action team member.
 Planning and assigning the required DS assets for the drilling job deployments.
 Providing Assessor authorization training. I have set a Training plan for
employees and for the assessors to ensure competent workforce, which is the
foundation of a successful and profitable company.
 Confirming readiness of AMO employees for career progression and promotions
as well as Leading their Board Reviews.
 Leading the CMP reports and supporting Dubai’s team in the competency
management system.
