 Planning and assigning the required DS assets for the drilling job deployments.
 Providing Assessor authorization training. I have set a Training plan for
employees and for the assessors to ensure competent workforce, which is the
foundation of a successful and profitable company.
 Confirming readiness of AMO employees for career progression and promotions
as well as Leading their Board Reviews.
 Leading the CMP reports and supporting Dubai’s team in the competency
management system.
