This involves conducting individual therapy sessions as well as group support
sessions. In individual sessions, you will provide personalized therapeutic assistance,
helping survivors process their trauma, manage emotions, and develop coping
strategies. In group support sessions, you will foster a safe environment for survivors
to connect, share experiences, and provide mutual encouragement. Through both
modalities

Applying guiding principles when working with children, prioritising the best interest of the child at all times.
Assessing risks, needs, and strengths, and developing appropriate responses in consultation with the child and/or caregivers.
Collaborate with clients to plan, implement, monitor, and amend individualized services that promote clients’ strengths, advance clients’ wellbeing, and help clients achieve their goals. Plans shall be based on meaningful assessments and shall have specific attainable, measurable objectives.

Increased successful follow-up protection cases by 15% in partnership with
the Family Protection Foundation. Conducted assessment over than 1000 cases received to the center. Provided individual psychological counseling sessions for 250 clients. Conducted 20 support group sessions. Delivered awareness sessions to 500 individuals.
