- Designs, plans, organizes, and implements psychosocial group sessions for children and adults and the individual sessions to foster their wellbeing and strengthen their ability to cope with their situation.
- Supports the Team in tasks related to all Protection Issues arising in the Centre and in Outreach.
- Finds children and adults who need specialized psychosocial support and refers them by JRS internal referral mechanisms.
- Facilitates and participates in the analysis of existing psychosocial cases, through transparent scoping activities, i.e., workshops, sessions, support groups.
- Sends data for needed reports, prepares monthly reports, and updates as required by the Senior Psychologist.
- Conduct intake assessments to gather information about clients mental health history, symptoms, and current functioning.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that may include therapy, and other interventions.
- Provide individual and group therapy.
- Monitor clients progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Document client interactions and progress notes.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, physicians, and social service providers.

- Providing psychological counseling sessions for the centers employees
- Conduct psycho-social assessment of the beneficiaries referred to psychosocial support, through interviews with the child and the family.
- Contribute with the case to build an appropriate intervention plan and identify the objectives of the intervention.
- Implementation of the psychosocial intervention plan, whether through individual or group sessions.
- Develop a plan of activities for children that take into account the psychological and social needs of children and their families.
- Collaborate with the project team to provide a supportive environment for children.
