* Managing the company's portfolio of investment, recording the investment activities, analyzing the possible variances to make the necessary entries in the journals by interacting with the portfolio managers.
*Preparing the financial statement of shareholders and the comprehensive income.
*Providing assistance in the preparation of valuation materials and assisting in monitoring of valuation procedures.
*Taking part in preparing the yearly budget for investment fee and assist in the timely and accurate reporting of all the transactions related to investment.
*Managing all the aspects related to the general ledger accounting for all the investments and to interact with the investment accounting system as well as the portfolio manager.
* Monitoring the activity and reports of daily transactions.
*Investigating breaks in the cash account within an investment bank.
*Ensuring that all procedures and policies are focused and communicated effectively.
*Assisting in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
*Liaising with external auditors and statutory bodies for conducting monthly and annually
audit and review.
*Evaluating the operation of processes and controls regularly.
