Daily transaction file of VISA and MC is being sent to respective providers after being fully reconciled.
• Simultaneously the same process for the receiving / incoming files from VISA and MC, upon receiving performing the reconciliation and if there are any errors rectifying them immediately.
• Receiving & resolving clients’ complains related to disputes on charges.
• Settlements reconciliation (Issuer & Acquirer) between different systems within our Bank Vs the
• Files received from VISA & MC.
• Receiving& resolving clients’ complains related to SPAN network for debit card.
• Investigations and Resolutions of SAMA (Customers / Retailers) POS Complaints.
• Processing of SHB (customers / retailers) POS claims internally and on SPAN.
• Investigations and Resolutions of SAMA Customers ATM Complaints.
• Processing of GCC (ON /Off) ATM claims.
• Processing of SHB customers ATM claims internally.
• Processing all kinds of claims for local banks ATM, SHB ATM, Deposit claims, POS claims and Merchant claims.

" Reconcile VISA & MasterCard incoming files with the actual payments.
" Monitoring Chargeback accounts.
" Receiving& resolving clients complains related to disputes on charges.
" Reconcile the GCC & SAMA accounts.
" Reconcile the credit cards system reports against SHB accounts.
" Reconcile SADDAD accounts.
" Arrange to process the payment in relation to the loyalty program.

" Receiving the daily embossing files for debit cards.
" Produce the debit cards.
" Monitoring the dispatch process and ensure that the cards were dispatched according to the delivery methods.
" Receiving the daily shipment of the credit cards.
" Reconcile the received cards with the related files.
" Acting as the main contact point with the vendors.
" Prepare the monthly MIS related to the unit.
" Stock control and forecasting.

" Receiving the daily applications.
" Verify the authenticity of the applications.
" Evaluate the applications according to the policy.
" Entering the data in the related system.
" Obtain SIMAH reports.
