o Implemented a Financial Fixed Assets Register for assets with estimated value of QAR 215 billion in compliance with IPSAS and integrated Financial and Asset Management data to measure infrastructure sustainability KPIs
o Developed a cost optimisation and revenue enhancement model, and completed a benchmarking study for Roads and Drainage infrastructure costs, leading to influence O&M cost reduction of 23%
o Established robust processes and integrated solutions within Ashghal to comply with the service fees law, formed billing and collection agreements for Ashghal & Kahramaa and Ashghal & Ministry of Interior, helped in growing Ashghal revenue
o Enhanced finance team productivity through restructuring of Assets Affairs finance function, building team capabilities, and knowledge sharing
• Engage and align with client’s key internal stakeholders including Senior Management, Asset Management, Operation & Maintenance, Procurement, Contract Management, Planning and Quality, and Legal to achieve the corporate objectives and KPIs, identify risks and develop action plan if required
• Review deliverables produced by diverse teams, and report progress and achievements to the client
