Assist in planning, directing and coordinating activities of multiple projects in the areas of IT, systems Integration, business process management and business development.
•Currently in charge of the following projects:
•LogiSoft, a shipping and freight forwarding industry oriented ERP. This ERP consists of a complex web application to serve the shipping and freight forwarding industry, involving servers, virtualization, huge databases, and a large number of users accessing the solution 24/7.
•Cargo terminal and logistics software, a solution to manage the cargo and port inventory (from delivery, shipping, till delivery to client at destination). This project consists of a web application to handle the inventory, along with an efficient barcode scanning solution (Mobile apps for business using Motorola heavy-duty scanning terminals), with barcode labeling.
•Managing the integration of the above projects with 3rd party solutions and software used by the customers.
•Managing and delivering network plans and server/communication rooms for the holding companies (required travelling in many occasions to Europe). Managed the contractors for delivery and implementation, and managed the delivery of the products.
•Review, evaluate, formulate and execute project plans, schedules and budgets for small to mid-size IT and organizational projects.
•Coordinate software design and development activities and managed a small team of 3 developers.
•Close projects and ensure project deliverables are achieved within time, cost and scope.

Design and maintain the company website.
•Administer centralized solutions for business (AV, ERP, communication rooms, networks, licenses…)
