Responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. Schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. My main responsibilities include:
• Leading the ELV team in delivering IT, Traffic Control, ITS, Security, Access Control, Parking Management & Guidance, and Law Enforcement systems projects.
• Provide value engineering and constructability advice on ELV systems.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects, from the initial conception to the final completion.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
