 Lead the delivering of real estate projects cross several consultancy offerings i.e; business plans, highest
and best use studies (HBU), feasibility studies, destination consulting and market research.
 Develop financial models for different purposes which include budget forecasts and projections, DCF and
IRR calculations; bid price calculation etc.
 Advise on innovative project/financing structure that would enhance the overall project returns.
 Introduce new ways of analyzing the market demand characteristics.

 Coordinating annual financial reports with external auditors as well as the Central Bank of Jordan’s auditors.

 Assist in preparing of benchmarking report against other banks.
 Working as a deputy manager for the treasury department manager.
 Managing financial matters, such as: bank’s investments in accordance with international accounting standards.

Key Achievements:
 Establish risk management package with the other finance department team. This report highlighted the bank’s strength and weakness and gave a depth incites of risky areas and potential actions to mitigate them.
 Build an integrated investments portfolio system, which used to monitor the bank investments and funds management need. This report facilitated the control of the bank treasury management.
 Advise on the acquisition process of the Jordanian New Cables Co. in order to sell it to a foreigner investor.
