BSc Degree Graduation Project in Computer Vision: [May, 2016 to January, 2017] *Gesture Controlled Mobile Robotic Arm. *The robot consists of a 4DOF robotic arm mounted on a four-wheel cart. *The robot is controlled by tracking the movements of the upper limb of the human body using 3D depth images acquired by Microsoft Kinect Sensor. *The human gestures are converted to programming commands by Processing software and sent to an Arduino microcontroller to generate PWM signals to control the arm’s servomotors and cart’s DC motors. *The project is supported by Hashemite University and has been participated in the Scientific Day of the Faculty of Engineering.

MSc Degree Graduation Project in Digital Image Processing: [May, 2018 to May, 2019] *Traffic Control and Video Surveillance System Using LabVIEW. *The system consists of 4 Basler cameras and a control unit including an industrial controller (NI-IC 3173) connected to two traffic lights. *The system acquires images of the traffic, implements a BS algorithm on the images, and extracts information about the traffic from the obtained images. *The control decisions are transferred to the processor and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) of the NI-IC. *The NI-IC generates control signals to control the traffic lights using relays. *The project is supported and supervised by: University of Debrecen, NI Hungary Kft., and Zöldfény Kft..
