Complete Interior Finishing works including MEP works, Joinery & Civil utilizing both In-house teams and subcontractors.
Including vetting of drawings & materials to check requirements of Fitout Criteria Manual, Material
Movement, Safety trainings, Progress, Quality & Safety monitoring.
Presenting comprehensive progress reports for
management etc.
Premium Residential High-rise Projects: Headed the team for the Finishing works of the entire project.
Completed & Successfully Handover two towers of 62 & 43 Storeys including Apartments, Lift Lobbies,
Driveways, Car Parking’s, Landscapes, Banquet Halls, Swimming pools and Show Flats.
Club House allied areas including Spa, Salon, GYM, Basketball court, Squash court, Libraries, Amphi-theatres, Mini theatre’, Elevated jogging tracks, Kids Play areas etc.
Worked with Design team based out of Singapore, JPA ( James Park Associates).
• Spearheading a team of 26 Professionals.
• Managing the Interior Fit-outs for 263 Retail Outlets both International and Local.
• Attending various meetings with the Developer Management and Projects teams, Retailer Design and execution Teams.
• Managing the entire end-to-end Fit-outs through all defined phases for DLF Mall of India, the biggest mall of the country.
• Managing Hand Overs / Take Overs.
• Managing Snagging and De Snagging.
• Reports & Reviews.
Spearheaded the following projects from takeover in a Bare Shell Stage from Civil Team to Final Handover to Operations Team. Involved with design team for vetting of drawings to installations.
All finishing works like Tiles,
painting, Signages etc. Installation of all equipment’s including Bakery, Butchery, Rotesserie & Fisheries i.e. food areas, shelving’s, Checkouts, Warehouse Racks, Receiving areas, BOH areas. Installation of Generators, Loading
docks, HV & LV electrical distribution, Airconditioning & Refrigeration units etc. Safety installations such as Fire
Fighting & Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Systems etc.
