• Oversees and directs all aspects of Health Club operations.
• Oversees and directs all aspects of Bowling Center, Arcade, and Kids Area.
• Reports directly to and communicates with the General Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and Health Club operations.
• Interacts with guests as well as health club members and individuals in the local community.
• Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
• Manage membership programs development and gym induction.
• Complies and submits daily and monthly revenue analyses to the General Manager.
• Monitors the testing follow up of pool & Jacuzzi chemical levels.
• Supervises the day to day functioning of all health club & recreation employees, facilities, sales and costs.
• Develops departmental budget and goals and ensure cost is strictly controlled.
• Develops and implements departmental marketing and promotional plans.
• Assists Personnel in the functions of interviewing, hiring, departmental indication, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Responsible for on-going fitness training, assessment and motivation of Club members.
• Performs administration duties such as attendance records, duty roasters, sales records and membership records.
• Responsible for organizing tournaments; Bowling - Squash - Table Tennis - Billiard - Play station…
• Organize events; Pool Parties - Birthday Parties…
