• To develop and penetrate each nominated country, and to define - appoint agent or distributors.
• Bringing the forecasted quota of each nominated country.
• Following up all out-going quotation and make a system of follow up internally and externally.
• Prepare Quotation summery report, and pass it to the Sales Coordinator for management review.
• To maintain and follow up expected orders list and to review it daily
• Receiving orders and verify the terms to comply with our quotation.
• No sales order shall be issued only with prior quotation for new inquiry/clients.
• Orders to be received from existing clients, distributors or agents, the sales order can be made according the approved price list
• Any cash order, price should be confirmed by the sales coordinator
• Verifying & sign the sales contract, to make sure of all relevant document, submittals are attached
• Advise the client within 48 hours the order acknowledgment and the delivery date
• To prepare and update business visits schedule for three months in advance.
• In charge to visit and register our company name and products in the following sectors for each country during his visits: Oil & Gas, Ports, Airports, Telecommunication, Army, Contracting Companies and Consultancies, Civil Defense, Water & Electricity, Competitors Dealers
• To collect the yellow pages and ant telephone directories for visited countries.
• To provide trip reports within two day after getting back to the office. (Business Trip Report and Expenses Report).
• To provide a list of exhibitions for all nominated countries related to our products
• To suggest exhibition participations and seminars if required
• To coordinate and follow up closely with the logistic department to insure the execution of the material deliveries on time.
• Be responsible to collect all cash payments for Cash Sales Orders before the delivery
• In case of letter of credit payments, to coordinate with - sales co-coordinator, for L/C terms and conditions and to get account department approval.
• To take care of all customer requirements, and to minimize complains
• All customers complain should be reported in form and reported to Export director without any delay for immediate action and solution.
• Provide all clients with the required equipment/ catalogues to promote our products, and update them with the new catalogues and products.
• To supervise the export assistance office work, to insure smooth operation.
• To prepare and update pending issues report for daily discussion
• To provide weekly export manager report
• To maintain the following Files / Lists and forms for easy operation:
1. Country wise Business Cards File - to be updated
2. Quotation list - Daily updating
3. Country / Client wise price list file
4. Pending sales orders list - for daily updating
5. Client wise credit facility forms signed by CEO.
6. Country wise - business development file
7. Client wise Customer Business Data form
