Taking on jobs from new business clients who have never previously worked with Hays, negotiating 25% fees and filling the roles.
Have had the only candidates taken to 2nd stage on a number of roles.

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify prospective clients and achieve allocated targets.
Follow through and close sales with identified clients.
Following up with clients and providing after sales service.
Manage the factory production, inventory, billing, and invoicing, collection and account maintenance cycle via our ERP system.
Developing and executing Business Development strategies and objectives for the Company.
Developing new projects and initiatives to drive sales and executing those projects.
Planning and preparing all marketing collateral for events as well as attending each event representing the brand.

Finding a suitable solution for the issues the companies were facing and generating an interest in a product, which a sales rep would follow up.
Organising meetings for representatives from both companies to meet and discuss the products further.
