Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
To develop the overall strategy for the key account portfolio based on KSA market strategies jointly.
I responsible for optimising sales through key or strategic accounts by using marketing and product initiatives to position services and products with the customer in KSA.
Focuses on growing key clients, together with generating new business, conducts monthly and seasonal business reviews with key accounts.
Works with brand/category function to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans.
Maintains and manages relationship with the assigned key accounts to ensure provision of continuous support.
Manages existing key customers/ accounts in order to meet objectives of retention and further account development; develops retention strategies for key customers.
Promotes high-quality customer experience and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional services is provided to customers at all times.
Generates and maintains sales forecasts for key accounts and provides this information in an accurate and timely manner; Assists to drive business sales strategy and deliver against sales and profitability targets.
Collect, analyse and reports feedback from key accounts to identify customer requirements and pass on the business intelligence for effective decision making; Assists in developing segment level account plans for key accounts- Acts as a focal point of contact between the Business Unit and the assigned account/s to ensure that any major issues are addressed in a timely manner.
