• Prepare the monthly payroll and benefits.
• Providing all necessary documents to the expeditor to finalize the work related.
• Ensuring the accurate information reflects in payroll database, verifying, and providing inputs regarding data and pay changes.
• Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules, confidential materials and various employee issues.
• Assist with all employee relations.
• Arrange for the needed essentials of the recruitment drive.
• Adding or excluding the personnel on monthly social insurance.
• Maintain and Coordinate with the IT department to develop the Human Resource system.
• Provide the required HR information related reports to the other department.
• Provide the employees letters and certificates.
• Search and arrange for the required training for the employees.

at Buisness banking operations department, working on T24 system and enter the info we got from RM's ( LC, LG, ...).
