Project Worth: approx. 20, 000, 000 USD
 Commissioned to do the Concept Interior Design Renovation, &
and eventually the full coordination for the execution of the project.
 Personal coordination with the client representative and created good
working relations which then made the smooth execution of the
project
 Currently it is one of the best 5-star Hotel In Baghdad.
2. Baron Hotel (270 rooms), Karbala province, Iraq
Project Completed: On-Going (target march 2016)
Project Worth: approx. 25, 000, 000 USD
 Commissioned to do the concept interior design of the full hotel.
 The Client had been facing some problems with the constructions.
We then provided Project management for the project to resolve
the delays which then paved the way to smoothly coordinate the
interior design scope of the project. Now the project is on track.
 We helped the client to coordinate and source the materials of the
projects. Which the client is also the contractor of the project.
 It will be the biggest hotel in Karbala province when its
completed.

