Accomplishments:
• Commanded Finance Operations functions for projects across GCC in line with Tyco/JCI policies and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), reported directly to Finance Director and CFO.
• Owned the quarterly and annual budget and forecasting processes. Supported crafting powerful long and short-term team vision with pragmatic goals and objectives.
