Conduct regular business reviews with key customer contacts to monitor and expand
the relationship; assure internal strategies are linked to customer needs.
* Engage internal company resources, as appropriate, to execute business plans, resolve
issues, and deliver timely solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
* Develop long-term partnerships with customers that result in profitable and sustainable
sales/margins.
* Increasing sales and profitability of the department by exploring new business
opportunities as well as cultivating existing business.
* Recruiting, developing and motivating staff; setting up individual targets and objectives;
Periodic reviewing performance and making provisions for appraisal.
* Identifying and cultivating relationship with key customers and suppliers; conducting
periodic business review and exploit potential for additional business.
* Ensuring timely collections and payment as per agreed terms and reconciliation of
accounts.
* Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a
view to developing new products, services and distribution channels.
* Performs other related duties or assignments as required in order to ensure the
continuous improvement and operations.

Mainly into Sales and Distribution of Salmon Products like smoke and fresh for major
Key Accounts & Hotels.
* To grab new customers to the company. spot new and profitable markets
* Identify all Horeca outlets in the territory assigned, exiting, newly opened, refurbished
etc.
* Develop coverage and frequency plan for territory based on hotel and trade strategy.
* Maintain the database of all Horeca outlets in the territory assigned.
* Achieve targeted product availability by brand to ensure the company achieves the
highest levels of consumer and trade satisfaction
* Identify and recommend targeted Horeca outlets in the territory assigned.
* Build and maintain excellent relations with hotel purchasing managers and chefs in the
territory.
* Call frequency and outlet call plan in the territory in order to meet the Horeca objectives
through effective distribution and merchandising materials communication activities
* Maintain accurate records and to submit reports as requested in order to ensure
effective communication is maintained with management.
Handling Sales and Distribution, Increasing the Width & Depth of Accountable to
achieve sales Targets as per the sales Budget with respective accounts.
